Drop Spindles are so satisfying when you get the hang of it. I was taught 1 month before I went back to Sunbridge and it was a bit easier to glide into our teachers instructions. Granted I "knew how" but wow, Renata really answered so many questions and reasons for this and that. Her wealth of understandable knowledge is such a gift.
To make yarn from a fleece you washed and carded is so rewarding. You actually made something useful and beautiful & then if you get to dye this then with plant dyes - well now you get me going! The bottom photo shows the final results with plant dyed locks from Indigo & Madder & onion skins..
