Parent study handworks with eggs

What a wonderful discovery.  We all went to parent study expecting not to produce much of anything but look what we did!

There is this lovely woman named Kinga Thomas and she brought with her, her Hungarian painted (drawn) eggs that she has been doing since the 80's.  Her collection that has traveled the world is an example of how one can preserve the past and create something new.  She worked in needle point and they transformed those images into drawing on eggs with markers.  She worked with designs from her home land, Hungary.
Her images are mind blowing and it was a real privilege to not only see the eggs but hold them too!  Here are some more images of her eggs.
