I cut down a few small trees on the edge of my dyers garden (for more sunlight) and the boys made a tree fort. I dragged out the silks and a blanket to lye on and they spent the rest of the day there reading books and catching caterpillars.
glad to catch up with you! I love reading this! So the other sister is visiting too? you are busy. :) love the tree fort - we did a similar thing though much more girly - a canopy bed top attached to branches and a pink picnic table underneath! ;) love you. -C
Thanks for your comment on my blog. I'm looking forward to reading yours a bit more. Hels has decided to plant a dyers garden and learn how to dye this summer. While I try to keep her off the computer, this project may be a good way for her begin learning how to do a but of research!

Looks like a kids dream come true! When I was a kid my mom would take out all the dining room chairs and put blankets over them. Moms are so cool.
